The Central Delaware Riverfront Planning Process
Initiated by an Executive Order of Mayor John Street on Oct. 12, 2006. Penn Praxis was engaged to lead the citizen-driven planning process with a focus on developing a civic vision for the waterfront between Allegheny and Oregon Avenues. Harris Steinberg, Executive Director of Penn Praxis, agreed to work on the project with the condition it be open and transparent.
