Construction is well under way for this 31-story addition to the Avenue of the Arts. This is the latest project of Dranoff Properties, which also developed Left Bank in University City and Locust on the Park. Just 100 feet away from the Kimmel Center, Symphony House sold over one-quarter of its luxury units before the sales office officially opened. Amenities for residents include a pool/spa retreat center in the building. Symphony House will also include the new home for the Philadelphia Theatre Company and a 400-car parking garage.
