The 30-acre site in Nicetown was the proposed location for the Keystone Redevelopment LLC TrumpStreet Casino. At Fox Street and Roberts Avenue, this venture received the most negative reaction from neighborhood groups in the early siting process. It was one of the five sites considered by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board in 2006.
