According to the Philadelphia Gaming Task Force report, the 2.8 acre site is the smallest Center City site and would require considerable design innovation to accommodate gaming development. The site is well situated to distribute major nodes of activity along Market Street. The site was also considered by University of Pennsylvania School of Design students in a design workshop organized by PennPraxis in early 2005.
