Inquirer: Toronto trip an eye-opener for Philly transit types

Inquirer: Philadelphia group travels to Toronto to check out that city's transit system.

    It seems most of the people who went on this trip got what Toronto's transit success was about. Unfortunately some key Philadelphia planners appeared to only wanted to focus on their side story of bus interface improvements there for lessons rather then the Canadian city's successes with its core and feeder surface rail lines.
