NOTICE FOR PUBLIC TESTIMONY
AT SUGARHOUSE SUBMERGED LANDS LICENSE HEARING
November 15, 2007 – 2:00 p.m.

The Director of Commerce has announced a public hearing on the application of HSP Gaming, L.P. (SugarHouse) for a Submerged Lands License on Thursday, November 15, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, Room 114, 1101 Arch Street, Philadelphia.

Persons who wish to testify at the hearing are asked to sign-up at the Pennsylvania Convention Center on the day of the hearing starting at 1:00 p.m. You will be asked to provide your name, the name of the organization you represent or belong to (if any), and whether you are a resident of Philadelphia.

After the Applicant’s presentation and any testimony from elected officials, we will take public testimony in the order in which persons signed up.
