United States, the world's fastest ocean liner, which now stands idle and rusting at a pier in South Philadelphia. What's next for the liner? Will she be scrapped? Like William Francis Gibbs, Ujifusa has been fascinated by ships and the sea since childhood. He lives and works in Philadelphia. A native of Chappaqua, New York, he received his masters from the University of Pennsylvania's School of Design in 2005 and his B.A. in history from Harvard University in 2001.
