Overbrook

The area contains an assortment of housing from large, old homes to row homes to 3-4 story apartment buildings. Overbrook contains the sub-neighborhoods of historic Overbrook Farms and Overbrook Park. Overbrook Farms, a pleasant mix of urban and suburban, contains Overbrook Station, the historic train station at City Line Avenue and 63rd Street. It also contains the 63rd Street/Malvern Ave. Loop terminus of the SEPTA Route 10 trolley.
